Our philosophy

London is a multi-diverse, multi-faith and multi-cultural capital. Approximately 1/3 of Londoners were born abroad and over 200 languages are spoken in the capital. Yet, the city can feel intimidating and lonely at times.

We support Black, Brown and people of colour living, sstudying or working in the south of Kensington and Chelsea borough through the provision of innovative community arts and cultural activities, experiences and events in the aim to improve their wellbeing, develop their sense of self and identity and strenghten their sense of belonging.

Cheri Coco means ''my angel'' in French and is the celebration of love, unity, and the beauty of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

We don’t have to accept what is already set. We want to create a space where people can be themselves, learn from others and live together. Africa connects us in many ways. And if we can’t travel, we can bring it right here right there.
